Pre-Christmas Real Estate Flurry!

While the second half of the year has been slower than the first it seems like the season of spending is applying to the real estate market.  I wrote 2 offers last weekend, I'm listing an amazing one bedroom in Yaletown this week and I have another family who is considering making an offer on a house they love before the holidays.  Keep in mind that just because you buy or sell now does not mean you move now--dates are negotiable and most families at this point want to move in the New Year.  Happy holiday house hunting!
