Pre-Christmas Real Estate Flurry!
While the second half of the year has been slower than the first it seems like the season of spending is applying to the real estate market. I wrote 2 offers last weekend, I'm listing an amazing one bedroom in Yaletown this week and I have another family who is considering making an offer on a house they love before the holidays.
